DTN Morning Comments on Grains

Another Grain Report Day, Anything’s Possible

   Corn futures are higher, soybeans lower, and wheat lower at 6 a.m. CDT.

6:00 a.m. CME Grain Globex:  Corn 1 cent higher, soybeans 2 cents lower, and wheat 3 cents lower.
CME Globex Recap:   Parts of the Western Corn Belt are seeing another round of heavy rain turn to winter storms Tuesday morning, not overly good news for those waiting to get in the field. The overnight session saw low volume trade ahead of Wednesday’s USDA Supply and Demand reports, with most contracts under pressure. Outside markets were also mostly lower following Tuesday’s rally.
